Web Experts is fortunate to work with clients over long stretches, and one of the longest-standing is The WG Team. They are also one of our favorites, because they trust us to focus on outcomes and then let us execute.
That kind of relationship is rarer than it should be. When a client is not second-guessing every decision, the work gets better and the results show up faster.
Replacing The Paid Reports
One idea we implemented was replacing paid third-party market report workflows with a custom AI-powered reporting engine built inside WordPress. Before that, the process meant purchasing reports and reposting generic content that every other brokerage in the market could buy too.
Now they publish unique, branded, shareable quarterly market updates tailored to their audience and their service areas. The content belongs to them, it sounds like them, and it is built around the neighborhoods they actually serve.
The Technical Side
The other major win was technical performance and SEO readiness. Lighthouse Mobile Performance moved from 73 to 83, and Desktop Performance from 91 to 92, which is a smaller jump because there was less room left on desktop.
Best Practices went from 77 to 100 on both mobile and desktop. That one matters more than people assume, because it tends to catch the quiet problems that accumulate on a site over years of plugins and edits.
What The Competition Scored
In the same test set, several Las Vegas real estate sites scored materially lower on performance. Shelter Realty came in at 54, BHHS Nevada at 42, LasVegasHomes.com at 53, and Simply Vegas at 26.
Those are not small gaps. In a market that competitive, technical execution is one of the few levers that separates brands when everyone is selling similar inventory to similar buyers.
Why Any Of It Matters
Stronger performance supports higher search rankings and increases visibility. That visibility is what creates more opportunities to generate qualified leads, which is the only number most clients actually care about.
None of this is glamorous work, and it does not announce itself the way a redesign does. It just quietly makes the site faster, more credible to search engines, and more useful to the people landing on it.
